ScanSnap Driver Information

The Fujitsu ScanSnap document scanner does not use a TWAIN or ISIS driver. Instead, ScanSnap comes bundled with an interface application called ScanSnap Manager that provides ScanSnap with its easy One-Touch functionality and powerful image correction capabilities FAQ.

If you require a replacement Setup Disk for your ScanSnap scanner, please follow the instructions below:

  • Fill out the request form below in its entirety.
  • Once your request has been processed, your replacement disk will be sent to you via FedEx Express Saver (3-business days). A signature will be required for all residential deliveries.
    Please note that requests to a P.O. Box address will be shipped via US Postal Service
    Note: If you would prefer to download the software instead, click here.
  • All requests received will be processed during normal business hours Monday thru Friday between 5:00am PST to 5:00pm PST. Any request received outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • Software requests can only be mailed to addresses located in the US.
    

Customer Information

If the address entered is not deliverable by Fed-Ex (such as a PO Box), your order will be processed via USPS.
